UniPBX onsite is loaded onto a local server on your managed voice network that can only be accessed from devices on the network to make internal or external calls.

UniPBX Cloud is hosted in reliable data centres that allow access to the system from multiple locations locally and abroad. UniPBX Cloud is a complete voice solution for any business.

What is your minimum or maximum number of extensions?

We have packages to suit business’s needs. Our packages start with as little as 5 extensions to over 500. Our solutions are completely scalable.

What will I pay for calls?

There are 2 different calling plans, Per Minute or Unlimited National Calling. On a Per Minute Plan you will pay as little as R0.27 per minute.

How do I know which Package and Calling Plan to take?

Before you sign up for any services, we will do a investigation into your current usage and cost and put forward a recommendation as how to best go forward.

Do we need to upgrade our phones, network or connectivity?

We will do an evaluation of your current infrastructure and recommend any necessary upgrades that would need to be done for your new phone system to function optimally.

What if I have multiple branches or my Team Works from Their homes?

In the instance of multiple branches or a team that works from remote locations, a UniPBX in the Cloud is a perfect solution. There are zero call cost between branches or extensions.

What if I have Branches or Users Internationally?

If they have adequate internet access your extensions can be anywhere globally.

Do I have to migrate all my branches at once?

No, UniPBX is a Scalable solution and can be upscaled as you need.

What if my fibre provider has given me voice channels?

We will intergrate your voice channels from your provider to lower your PBX cost.

Is UniPBX Managed or Unmanaged?

We have both Managed and Unmanaged packages to choose from with different SLAs.
